Please note for customers in Qwest areas:

• If you are currently under contract with another provider, early termination charges may apply. If so, you will be responsible for those charges.
   
• Although ACN’s service area is always expanding, service may not be available in all Qwest areas.  Enter your address and phone number on myacn.com to check availability in your area.
   
• In some neighborhoods, Qwest has built a network of fiber-optic cables that is unable to carry traditional DSL service. Customers who live in those neighborhoods will be unable to sign up for service with ACN.
