Process
DIRECTV is available throughout the US, however there are certain areas,
specifically in Texas, where DIRECTV is not available through ACN. These
customers must order directly through DIRECTV and representatives will
not be able to receive commissions on these orders.

At the beginning of the order process, you will be asked to enter your
ACN Representative’s Team ID Number. Please note that if you have
had an account registered with DIRECTV in the past, you will need to
contact DIRECTV to find out if you are eligible for promotional offers.

By Phone
Call 1-800-653-1730. At the beginning of the call, you will be asked to
press ‘1’ if you know your Team ID Number or press ‘2’ if
you do not know you Team ID number. The Team ID Number is a number
your ACN Representative will provide to you. If you know your Team
ID Number, you will be asked to enter your number. Once you enter in
your Team ID Number, the system will feed that number back and ask for
confirmation. That number is then attached to your order and a live Customer
Care agent will answer the phone.
Customers will only be allowed a maximum of two (2) DIRECTV orders per credit card to ensure that the one card is not responsible for multiple accounts. The credit card used when placing the order is kept on file and will be charged in the event that the customer neglects to pay their bill or pay certain fees.
When do offers expire?
ACN DIRECTV promotional offers will expire on the day specified at 12:01am
(EST) on the website and 1:01 am (CST) by phone.
Why is there a credit check?
DIRECTV provides expensive equipment with each install and as such, requires
a credit check on each customer as part of the normal process. DIRECTV
controls the credit levels and uses nationally recognized service to perform
the credit check and to provide the credit score. Virtually all individuals
can sign-up for DIRECTV service. The credit check will determine whether
you may be required to provide a deposit.
How will I know the status of my order?
Every customer will receive an order confirmation email once the order
is placed. You can also call 1-800-653-1730.
How do I find information about rebates on my order?
Certain DIRECTV orders are entitled to an instant rebate involving a bill credit for a set number of months subject to terms and conditions.
