Process
How do I complete an order online?
Simply choose the Satellite TV tab on your main product page of www.myacn.com and follow the instructions. At the beginning of the order process, you will be asked to enter your ACN Representative’s Team ID Number. Please note that if you have had an account registered with DISH in the past 6 months, you will not be eligible for promotional offers. If you have any questions, regarding this process, please call ACN DISH Network at 1-866-579-4272.
How do I call to place an order? (RECOMMENDED)
Call 1-866-579-4272. At the beginning of the call, you or your customer will be asked to press ‘1’ if you know your Team ID Number or press ‘2’ if you do not know you Team ID number. If you know your Team ID Number, you will be asked to enter your number. Once you enter in your Team ID Number, that number is then attached to your order and a live Customer Care agent will answer the phone.
If you or your customer does not know the Team ID, a live Customer Care agent will answer the phone and the order will go through. An exception report will be generated which has sales with either no ACN Team ID Number or an incorrect ACN Team ID Number. Representative Services will work though those exceptions.
Customers must be present (or on the phone line) at the time of the sale or to make any changes to their account. Operators are available to take your order Monday – Saturday, 8 am – midnight, Sunday 10am – 9pm (EST).
Can I do all orders online?
Most orders can be completed online, but for more complex orders, international programming or other a la carte services, you will want to call to complete your order.
How will I know the status of my order?
Every customer will receive an order confirmation email once the order is placed. You can check the status of your order by calling 1-866-579-4272 and pressing 3. |
